Terms of use
These terms describe the Shield service operated by 蓝星工作室 (Lanxing Studio). Read them with the privacy policy, methodology and source-rights notice.
Information service
Shield organizes public market observations, company disclosures and publisher-linked research. It provides no brokerage execution, personal investment recommendation or prediction of future returns. Check original sources and decide whether information is suitable for your purpose.
Availability and accuracy
Prices may be delayed, last-reported or unavailable. Reports may be amended and structured data can lag a newer filing. Directory dates can differ from report-revision dates. A cache, historical chart or calculation may contain source errors or incomplete coverage. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete market coverage or investment outcomes.
Accounts and storage
Provide accurate information when using an account and protect its password. Do not submit another person's credentials or try to access another account or private ticket. Guest watchlists depend on browser storage; clearing it can remove them. The current version has no self-service password-reset flow.
Acceptable use
Use the service without interfering with availability, bypassing access controls, submitting spam, impersonating others or infringing rights. Data displayed here is not a license to redistribute a provider's dataset. Follow the original provider's terms when opening or reusing material.
Sources and original work
Third-party data, names, trademarks and reports remain subject to their owners' rights. Shield's explanations and calculation code are distinct from the source materials. Attribution does not imply endorsement or grant permission to copy the original dataset or report.
Contact and corrections
Report an error or rights concern through the private message form. Include the page, source date and requested correction. Operator replies are read through the private ticket link; no email is sent. We can correct, qualify, replace or remove information after review.
Changes
Features, source availability and these terms may change. The updated date identifies this version. Rights that apply under relevant law are not removed by a website disclaimer.
