PUBLIC INFORMATION / TRANSPARENT METHODS
Editorial and correction standards
Shield is a source-linked information tool. These standards describe the work performed by 蓝星工作室 and the limits of the automated checks.
What is original and what is collected
Issuer disclosures, market quotes and publisher research originate with third parties. Shield contributes their organization, period and currency labels, availability checks, source links, explicit threshold logic and historical calculations. A directory headline is not an original Shield news report, and a calculation is not an issuer's audited statement.
Source selection
We prioritize original SEC filings, official indicator publications, exchange listing directories and identifiable research publishers. Records retain original titles and institutions. Company research, industry research and expert articles are classified separately. Publisher commentary remains attributed to that publisher rather than presented as Shield's recommendation.
Automated checks
Collectors check instrument identity, expected currency, numeric validity, dates and supported statement periods. Missing and stale observations are labelled. Cash-flow comparisons require compatible periods; cumulative values are not silently called a quarter. A source check does not certify the source's truth or completeness.
Human review and automation
Collection and rendering are automated. The operator maintains explanations, mappings and corrections. We do not claim that a human analyst reviews every quote, filing or record. Current company summaries display source facts and calculations rather than an AI-written buy or sell opinion.
Corrections
Use the data-correction form with the symbol, page, date and original source. We check whether the difference comes from a currency, share basis, cumulative period, later amendment, provider mapping or genuine error. An operator can correct a mapping, rebuild a snapshot, qualify an explanation or remove a record. The private ticket provides an operator reply.
Conflicts and research funding
Inclusion does not imply a commercial relationship or endorsement. Issuer-commissioned research is labelled when explicitly identified by the source; otherwise inspect the original funding and ownership disclosures. Any future sponsored placement must be identified and kept distinct from the source chronology.
Dates and historical limits
Publication, market-observation, report-end and collection dates are separate. Old material is not made new by replacing its publication date with a fetch date. Historical events are selected retrospectively; alignment does not prove causation or estimate the next crisis.
