Data sources and rights
A source link identifies where information came from. It does not transfer ownership, establish a partnership or grant permission to redistribute a third party's content.
Source families
- Company disclosures: SEC EDGAR filings and structured company facts, linked to original records.
- Listings: Nasdaq Trader symbol directories used for the U.S. universe, distinct from a quote feed.
- Market observations: the named provider beside each quote, including current Yahoo Finance public snapshots and indicator-specific official publications.
- Research: public directory or feed metadata from DBS Group Research, Zacks Small Cap Research, Edison Group and FactSet Insight. Original reports remain with publishers.
Research access
Shield indexes titles, institutions, available dates, identifiers and original links. It does not host a report-body archive or bypass a subscription, login or publisher access restriction. A PDF link opens the publisher-linked file; the publisher can change or withdraw it.
Reuse and commercialization
Technical feed access is not evidence of commercial redistribution rights. Terms can differ by data type, exchange, use, audience and region. No blanket commercial data license is represented by this website. Before monetizing or redistributing a provider's information, the operator must confirm the applicable rights or replace that source with an authorized arrangement.
Visitors should obtain permission required for their own reuse from the source owner. A download or source link does not expand those rights.
Names, marks and affiliation
Issuer names, exchanges and publisher marks identify their respective organizations. Shield is operated independently by 蓝星工作室. References do not mean that a source endorses Shield or its calculations.
Requests
Send a private rights message identifying the material, owner, original source and affected page. The operator can review attribution, modify a link, restrict a source or remove material while an issue is assessed.
